Introduced to track and field in high school at Valencia high in Placentia, CA; Keinan was a natural, competing for Varsity his Freshman year. During his tenure Keinan won 8 individual League Champions, 2 team Championships, 2x League MVP, set the 110 meter hurdles record, and set two school records. (110 hurdles and triple jump)

In Junior College Keinan continued his success at Orange Coast College, in Costa Mesa, CA. Keinan left with OCC with a Male athlete of the year award, an Orange Empire Conference triple jump record, All-American honors, and two school records. (110 hurdles and triple jump)

At Cal State Los Angeles Keinan kept improving, recording new personal bests. Keinan finished with a degree in communications, 7th all-time triple jumper, 2x Nationals participant, and a CCAA triple jump Championship.

As a pro the gears shifted to having to balance work, bills, and training. Keinan acclimated well and had two great seasons (2010 and 2011). The last two years balancing has been a challenge and Keinan has fought through injuries but now Keinan is back and healthy. Ready to compete!
